This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our Services, including our mobile application BOXXED (the “App”), operated by BOXXEDFOOD LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase through our Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Before Deadline: You may cancel your order without any charges before the order placement deadline (Monday 8:00 PM for Wednesday deliveries/collections and Thursday 8:00 PM for Sunday deliveries/collections) by contacting us at contact@boxxedfood.com. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
After Deadline: Cancellations cannot be performed after the order placement deadline. Once the deadline has passed, the order will proceed to dispatch or preparation.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@boxxedfood.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
